Description:

Design of a system to install magnetic sub-assemblies onto a brush head assembly.
The sub-assembly is bonded to the assembly using a cyanoacrylate adhesive. Before bonding, the adhesion site is prepared with a primer. The adhesive is then dispensed, and verified with a machine vision system. Finally, the sub-assembly is installed onto the main assembly, and verified using a force-gage. |
