The cell uses a Epson SCARA robot to automatically acquire the magnets from a custom tube feeder and bond them to a substrate. A cyanoacrylate adhesive is dispensed onto the target substrate, and then the magnets are positioned in place. A machine vision system is used to locate the installation target and verify glue volume.
