A Bransom Ultrasonic welder is mounted onto a custom rigid mounting system.  The mounting system allows the weld axis to be precisely placed anywhere within a 150 mm square envelope.  The cell features dial indicators on each horizontal axis, and a precision alignment device to ensure that the weld axis is square to the workpiece.
